Can I have my order delivered to a Parcel Locker? We are unable to deliver items to a Parcel Locker or PO Box. We are more than happy to deliver the order to an alternative address of your choice.
Can I have my order delivered to a business address? You can choose to have your order dispatched to a business address. However, please be aware that we are unable to eccept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel once the delivery has been made.
Do I have to pay customs or duty? We will cover the customs and duties for all countries that are eligible for free delivery. Any customs or import duties due are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you in advance of the total duty which will be charged. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for current import duties before you order so you can estimate the charges before purchasing.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession.
This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on the items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
